Performer Application
Hear Ye! Performers, Bardic Souls, and Masters of the Mystical Arts!
The call has gone out to all who seek to dazzle and entertain under the banners of the Renaissance! If thy talent be worthy of the stage, then we invite thee to join us at the Golden Goblet Faire™, where song, dance, magic, and merriment abound. Whether thou art a minstrel, a jester, or a mystic conjurer, there is a place for thee in our realm. Let the spirits of the past and the whispers of forgotten legends guide thy performance!
We seek performers of all kinds to bring our venue to life with music, revelry, and wonder. Should thy craft be that of a wandering musician, a master of the dance, or an enchantress of the stage, we bid thee to apply.
Minstrels and Musicians
Strum the strings of time and fill the air with melodies of the old world! We seek skilled minstrels, lutenists, harpists, and drummers to enchant the crowd with period music, folk songs, and ballads of lore. We seek:
Bards to serenade our guests with tales of ancient kings, queens, and mythical beasts
Pipers, flutists, harpists and violinists to fill the air with sweet melodies and rhythmic beats
Drummers and horn blowers to herald grand events and bring energy to our festivities
Actors and Storytellers
The stage is set for those who wield words as weapons and paint pictures with tales! We seek actors and storytellers to transport our guests into a world of magic and legend:
Renaissance dramatists to perform Shakespearean plays or scenes of noble valor
Street performers who weave impromptu tales, adding a dose of humor and whimsy to the fairgrounds
Shamans and mystical storytellers to tell tales of dragons, spirits, and the gods who once walked among mortals
Dancers, Jesters and Acrobats
Let thy feet fly and thy heart soar! We seek dancers and jesters who shall captivate the eyes and entertain the soul:
Courtly dancers
Jesters, fools, and comedians who can make mirth and merriment with their antics and trickery
Acrobats who can bend and twist the laws of nature with their daring feats
Magicians and Mystics
For those who walk the path of the arcane, we seek those who can weave spells and create wonder:
Illusionists, magicians, alchemists, and wizards who can dazzle with tricks and feats of magic
Folk Artists and Specialty Performers
We also seek the rare and unusual, those who possess unique skills that cannot be found in any ordinary market. If thou art a master of a craft or performance, we invite thee to join:
Falconers and animal handlers to showcase the bond between man and beast
Sword dancers or sword swallowers, exhibiting strength and dexterity
Stilt walkers, and jugglers to amaze and thrill the crowd
Renaissance-style magicians and illusionists to cast their spells of misdirection and wonder
